Weightlifting Weekend

Saturday 24th February @ 10am Sunday 25th February @ 10am We will be giving you all the opportunity to learn Clean & Jerk (Saturday) and Snatches (Sunday). Both sessions will last about 90 minutes and in that time we will breakdown the movements so you can learn a step by step.

About the event

Weightlifting Weekend - 24th & 25th February

The Weightlifting Weekend will be the perfect opportunity to learn Clean & Jerk (Saturday) and Snatch (Sunday). 

Both days will start at 10am and last 90 minutes. This is so we can get through the movements by splitting them up into step by step movements to help you better understand and improve on your technique.
