Welcome to CFS Programming Plan 2. At this point you should have completed plan I and be ready to start a new plan. This block will focus on Snatches & Back Squat as our main lifts. Strength session III will still be there to help you improve on exercises for workouts. Skills II will be there to help you progress with your Gymnastics skills and volume for workouts, and last but not least the Stamina II session will be there to help you build a better engine for longer workouts.
