Welcome to the CFS Programming! Plan I: Our main focus movements will be Clean & Jerk and Deadlift There will be a 5 day split. Follow at your own pace. This can be performed before the class has started or after you have finished your WOD. Coaches will be there to help you out with any movements you are unsure of and guide you when possible.
