Russian Squat Programme: 6 week programme that requires you to squat 3 times per week. Make sure to take 2:00 - 3:00 rest between sets You can also follow this programme at a slower rate and perform the squat twice per week. This will then be a 9 week programme. Any questions please ask the coach for more information.
