GYMNASTICS SESSION

Service Description

Every week the gymnastics skill session will change and run in the following order: Double Unders Pull Ups Toes to Bar Handstand Press Ups Pistols Muscle Ups Once you have completed the course you will be given home work / cheat sheet to work towards the movement you are working towards. This gives you 6 weeks to work towards the next step on the cheat sheet and be in a better position to achieve your goal.
