AMRAP 24
In 24 minutes complete as many rounds as possible of:
15 Sumo deadlift 40/30 kgs
12 box jumps
9 shoulder press 40/30
6 burpees
Variations
no bar - use a kettlebell or dumbbell for the sumo deadlift, always ensuring the back is straight. use the same weight for the shoulder press, but complete 9 reps each side.
If you don’t have a box then double stair steps.
Monday 25 May, first after putting back out over a week ago, light dumbbell 8kg. 15 sumo deadlift Sub 24 stair steps, 9 Db shoulder press each arm 6 burpees 8 ROUNDS
