In 24 minutes complete as many rounds as possible of:
15 Sumo deadlift 40/30 kgs
12 box jumps
9 shoulder press 40/30
no bar - use a kettlebell or dumbbell for the sumo deadlift, always ensuring the back is straight. use the same weight for the shoulder press, but complete 9 reps each side. If you don’t have a box then double stair steps.
