30min EMOM for quality
Min 1 – 8 Bulgarian split squats each leg (use box or couch)
Min 2 – 10 walk outs (straight legs, walk hands out, press up, walk hands back in legs straight)
Min 3 – 15 hollow rocks (scale to suit)
Min 4 – Max wall sit
Min 5 – Rest
6 rounds

Reps done but couldn't make the time on Bulg Split Lunges - balance issues - or the walk outs. Mind you managed the hollow hold rocks unscaled and 1 full min times 6 wall sits so happy enough.
Tougher than it looked! Just made it through the walk outs bang on the minute 😅😅
