Min 1 – 8 Bulgarian split squats each leg (use box or couch)
Min 2 – 10 walk outs (straight legs, walk hands out, press up, walk hands back in legs straight)
Min 3 – 15 hollow rocks (scale to suit)
Min 4 – Max wall sit
Min 5 – Rest
