One week in since we temporarily closed the doors, it is time for a Team Friday workout.
We hope everyone is staying safe amd have been enjoying the home workouts.
I know some of you have been putting your own twist on them through messages I’ve been receiving and some have been doing them as they have been conceived. Whichever way, I’m just happy you working out. Also the number of extra workouts you’ve sent through to me are truly inspiring. You are all amazing and keep it up.

15 disk hops
( jump on two footed, jump off two footed / jump on two footed, step off / finds something to jump on and off)
Either team of two alternating exercises or whole woah as a single.
