As we are approaching the fifth week of the temporary closure of our gym, we thought we would give you all a shout out. We have enjoyed the feedback that we have been receiving on the Workouts @ Home, but we would love more.
To that end, we would ask you to please post your comments along with weights used and times to either this app where you view the wod everyday or to the CrossFit Scotland Facebook page.

I am really struggling sorry only managing one or two a week - work stress and lack of sleep is main issue - can only get better!
Loving the WOAHs and doing them several times per week. Sticking to the principle of “it’s on the board so you have to do it”. Missing everyone at the gym though and hope it’s not too long till we see you all!
