Tuesday Night Gymnastics

This week will see us work on Pull Up Strength


  • Warm Up

  • Fun Activation Drills

  • EMOM Gymnastics Drills

  • Work Your Level


This week is the opportunity to work on strength to work towards that first Pull Up.


If you have your First Pull Up its working towards making them stronger and stringing them together.


If you can string them let's work Chest to Bar.


If you can Chest to Bar let's work getting those hips high for you BMU's.


As you can see there is always something you can work towards in this session. You will get more of a workout this week as well as we are starting to see some nice progressions
