Gymnastics Skill Session

This weeks gymnastics skill session will be Toes to Bar. We will work on a plan to help you improve core strength & mobility to either get your first Toes to Bar or link more reps together.


Cheat sheets will be available once the class has been completed and a coach will give you homework to help you achieve your goals.
