From today we will be posting a “WOAH”, a workout at home, everyday.
This does not mean that there are any changes at the gym which will remain open as normal unless we are advised or forced to close.
As a small business that has worked tirelessly to bring CrossFit to so many, Neil and myself would like to say thank you through these unprecedented times.
Since we opened over twelve years ago we have opened everyday including Christmas and New Year. For almost four and a half thousand days we have given our heart and soul to our members. Of course, this would not have been possible without your support.
With your continued support, we will get through this unprecedented time and come out the other side when everything returns to normal.
