We take a reasonably relaxed approach towards class bookings and understand that circumstances can change at the last minute, making it impossible to come to fulfil your booking.
However, it is completely unacceptable to see the number of cancellations we experience for busy classes.
We have provided extra space and the nine o’clock class was full this morning. In reality there are eight people attending. That’s half of those that were booked.
This is a final warning. If you book, you come. There will be changed to the system if you do not.
it is unfair on those who cannot book because of booking and cancelling.
