Good Afternoon Everyone

Here is what to look forward to in the gym in April:

Test WOD 4: Cindy

Your 4th test workout is Cindy.

AMRAP in 20 mins:

5 Pull Ups

10 Press Ups

15 Squats

Make sure to note down your scores for this workout as we will be retesting this again in 6 months time. Also if you miss the workout you can complete this workout at any point in the month of April.

Gymnastics Blocks

We will be running a gymnastics / skills class on a Friday night at 5:30pm. The first class will start on Friday 26th April and it will run for 3 weeks. The blocks will run as follows:

Double Unders - 3 week block

Kipping Pull Ups - 3 week block

Toes To Bar - 3 Week Block

Handstand Push Ups - 3 week block

Pistol Squats - 3 week block

Muscles Ups - 3 week block

Cardiovascular / Stamina / Flexibility & Strength - 3 week block

Don't worry the 5:30pm team workout is still an option for anyone who wants do that instead.

Power Hour

This will be our first individual workout event of the year.

3 workouts that total up to working out for an hour.

Saturday 27th April

Entry Fee - £10

T-shirts - £25

All proceeds will go towards a defibrillator for the gym.

8:00 - 9:30am - 16 spots

9:30 - 11:00am - 16 spots

11:00 - 12:30pm - 16 spots
