As the CrossFit Open moves on to 18.2 & 18.2A we will be offering everyone the opportunity to try the latest incarnation from the Open.

!8.2 & 18.2A can be scaled to suit all levels of CrossFitter so you are more than welcome to join us on Sunday morning. Normal wod at nine followed by the Open. Be great to see you there even if you have already used up your three visits this week you are more than welcome to have this one on us!
