Sunday 10am - Open Wod 18.1

On Sunday mornings at ten o'clock it is usually the Barbell Club.

Whilst the CrossFit Open is running we are giving anyone that wants to give the Open wod a try the opportunity to do so at 10am on Sunday.

18.1, like all Open wods can be completed Rx'd or scaled and this first wod of the Open is a cracker that suits everyone. So why not come in, give it a go, who knows, you might just catch the Open bug.

There will be of course be a wod at nine o'clock
