AMRAP in 15 mins:
3 Lateral Burpees Over DB
3 DB Hang Clean to Shoulder to Overhead
30ft Walking Lunges
Add 3 reps to the Burpees and Hang Clean & Press
Single DB movement
Rx: 22.5/15
We will run the workout on Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Monday along side the WOD for anyone who wishes to take part or try this workout please let us know and we will have it set up for you
