The mission of Barbell Club at CrossFit Scotland is to improve fitness, physique, and sports performance through an improvement in all members ability to Olympic Lift in a correct and proper manner.
We are committed to creating a team of active weightlifters who will support, encourage, and protect one another. In addition, we endeavour to promote the safe use of Olympic Lifts in a CrossFit workout.
This class is free of charge for both three visit and unlimited members. It will provide you with an excellent foundation in Olympic lifting and tremendous skills transfer into your WODs.
It is suitable for all levels from the newest member through to the most experience lifters. No-one is ever too good not to learn and improve their ability.
The Barbell Club is on a Sunday morning and starts at ten. Please book in advance
