CLASS
TIMETABLE

All Class start with a fifteen minute warm up and then we all complete the “Workout of the Day” - WOD.


The WOD changes each day and although some of the elements may be the same, it is effectively a different workout every day. This continually varied nature of each WOD is what builds a fitness ready for the exertions of life.
