THE BENEFIT OF CLASS WORKOUTS


At BasixGym we workout together in a class environment. For those who attend another gym and are thinking of experiencing the benefits of CrossFit, this is probably one of the biggest differences. The reason we workout together is simple, you achieve more. Not only do you benefit from the continuous attention of a trainer but you will find you give that little bit more.
We regularly have classes with an age range spanning over fifty years
 
where everyone completes the same workout scaled to suit their own ability. We work and laugh hard. We encourage and praise each other and we never fail to be amazed by the results that our members achieve.
As trainers, we get to work with people everyday, helping them with their own personal requirements, always ensuring that they get the most from the fantastic commitment they make.
